The Center for Social Justice offers a diverse array of opportunities to engage in service in Washington, DC, nationally and globally. These service options range from a weekly commitment, to volunteering for the summer, to serving for a week or a day.
For a Day

For a Week
Over 300 Georgetown students, faculty and staff mobilize across the country and globe to serve and immerse themselves in social justice issues during academic breaks.
For a Semester
There are numerous opportunities to serve through the semester, including both volunteer and Federal Work Study (FWS) positions.
The Center for Social Justice offers opportunities for deep engagement during the summer. In 2019, we added a summer housing community for our full-time service programs.
The CSJ is committed to promoting research, teaching, and service about social justice across the divisions of local and global by offering engagement opportunities on global issues, both abroad and within the United States.
