On Campus Residence Halls

  • Limited on-campus lodging is available for reservation through the Registration webpage: justice2020atgu.eventbrite.com. On-campus lodging is only available for conference registrants. All lodging has AC.
    • Individuals under 18 years of age are not allowed to stay in the on-campus residence halls.
    • All on-campus lodging options are double bedrooms with two beds but set up as set up as singles. Each room rooms with a linens set including a blanket, sheets, pillow, and towels. These are student residence hall rooms and do not have the amenities of a hotel. Please bring items such as a robe, toiletries, and hair dryer.
    • We hope that conference registrants will opt to share bedrooms in order to maximize the limited amount of on-campus lodging that we have available. If you share a bedroom with another conference registrant, please choose “Additional Linens Set” in the Eventbrite checkout for $15.00.
    • Check-in on Tuesday, June 2 is from 3:00pm-8:00pm. Check in on Wednesday, June 3 is from 2:00pm-8:00pm. Check out on Wednesday, June 6 is at 8:00am. There will be a left-luggage room available every during the conference for your convenience.
  • Members of the Society of Jesus who are interested in staying in Georgetown University’s Jesuit Residence should contact justiceconference@georgetown.edu for more information.

Georgetown University Conference Center Hotel

There is a block of rooms at the Georgetown University Conference Center Hotel. Please call 202.687.3255 and identify the “GU Justice in Higher Education Conference” for the room rate is $179.00/night + tax. Participants are also encouraged to consider local AirBnB options.

Busses and shuttles run regularly to Georgetown University from Rosslyn and Dupont metro stops which are both approximately within 20-30 minutes walking distance from campus.

Parking (including overnight) will be available in Georgetown’s Southwest Quad underground parking lot for a $25/night fee. There is extremely limited street parking in the Georgetown neighborhood.
