Community Service DAY is Saturday, September 3, 2016
Community Service Day (CSD) is an annual event at the beginning of the academic year that introduces first year students to community service and social justice issues in Washington, DC. If you are interested in engaging in service during your time at Georgetown or if you want to learn more about the DC community, CSD is a great way to start.
CSD 2016 will be held on Saturday, September 3. Hundreds of Georgetown students, faculty, staff, and DC community members will participate in community service projects throughout Ward 7, engaging in service and reflection.
We hope this event inspires new students to engage in the community that will be their home for the next four years.
